BOOK OF HOURS is a captivating, combat-free role-playing game that immerses you in a world of mystery and knowledge. As the last Librarian of the Hush House, a fortress of knowledge that stood for fifteen centuries, your task is to rebuild the library that was destroyed by a fire. Your journey involves organizing books, customizing your new home, and unraveling the centuries-old history hidden within the occult stones.
Your unique abilities allow you to acquire and examine occult books and curiosities, craft and use esoteric tools like inks and memories, and study the nine Wisdoms to conquer the nine Elements of the Soul. As you guide visitors who seek your assistance, you’ll receive rewards that aid in their investigations. Your exploration of the Secret Histories and the pantheon of Hours that govern them will further enrich your experience.
The game also lets you restore a vast, crumbling structure built on the remnants of an ancient abbey. Your decisions shape your past and write your own history. With nine different Legacies to choose from, each playthrough offers a unique opportunity. Whether you’re a Magnate seeking peace, an Archaeologist fleeing a curse, or a Symurgist, your journey will be one of a kind.
