As the manager of the factory, you’ll be in charge of the factory floor, building new facilities, and enhancing the research center. Remember, resources are limited, and it’s your responsibility to ensure the ship is ready for takeoff before everything collapses.
Staff management is another crucial aspect of the game. Each employee comes with unique traits, fears, and biases. Your job is to identify hard workers, promote them, and provide them with better facilities. The lazy ones, however, are sent to a secluded room in the factory’s darkest corner.
