You are tasked with leading Io-1, the first-ever space mission to the desolate moon, Io. Your spaceship has crash-landed on Io, but you can salvage the wreckage to create materials, build modules, and craft essential items like food and wearable equipment.
The Pioneers: Surviving Desolation features an advanced health system that requires you to monitor your crew’s health closely. The constant threat of volcanic eruptions, seismic activities, and magnetic storms will keep you on your toes. You’ll also need to keep an eye on your beacons to avoid fatal sulfur winds.
Despite its dangers, Io is also a place of desolate beauty. You can explore its various biomes using a rover or a flying drone, gathering precious resources and collecting vital scientific data to fulfill your mission.
